Our mid-century walnut bookcase restoration continues! With Lucien away on holiday, Marc takes the project under his wing and keeps the work moving, getting the bookcase ready for Lucien’s return to polish.

In Part 3 of this five-part series, Marc continues stripping the old finish, sanding the wood and applying oil stain. Watch the pale, prepared surfaces regain their rich walnut colour as the beautiful grain comes into view.
